In 1999, World Expeditions in association with The Fred Hollows Foundation pioneered a unique adventure travel concept that would raise funds and awareness about the amazing work of The Fred Hollows Foundation in Nepal.

We have since grown to become the See the World Challenge, offering four unique trips: two different trips to Nepal, one in China, one in Vietnam and Cambodia, and a trip to outback Australia. The Challenge is the original and the best so-called 'Charity Challenge' in the Australian non-profit industry.

Since our first adventure 10 years ago, we've traveled with over 650 people and raised over AU $1,800,000 for The Fred Hollows Foundation and going strong.

What makes our trips unique is that you will be taken well off the beaten track, you'll experience the great work being done by The Foundation and see how the funds you have raised are being used to make a real difference to people's lives.
