The 'See Australia' Challenge was a fantastic trip... It was certainly a cultural eye-opener and gave me a better understanding of the difficulties faced in the communities..."

The Getaway travel program on Channel 9 showed participants of the See Australia Challenge enjoy the travel adventure of a lifetime
Recently Channel Nine's travel adventure program Getaway screened a very special episode called 'Holidays with a Heart', which featured The Fred Hollows Foundation's See Australia Challenge!
The Getaway crew followed the group as they 4WD their way through the vast landscape of the Northern Territory, visited remote Indigenous communities, and witnessed first-hand the work The Foundation is doing in the Top End thanks to their support.
Holidays with a Heart featured unique travel programs which offer the opportunity to give back to the community whilst travelling - See Australia Challenge is a perfect example of this.
The See Australia Challenge offers an authentic Australian outback experience, where you visit local communities, vast and glorious landscapes and see the inspiring work The Foundation is doing within Indigenous communities.
